daca tps-ul este reglat corespunzator(multumesc soso) care ar fi ordinea de reglaje care trebuie facute la injectie sa nu mai fluctueze mersul motorului la relanti?Adica sa aiba un mers lin...Din surubul cu arc de la clapeta apoi IAC apoi ISC apoi din surubul de aer? sau este alta ordinea?

tot ce vrei mecanic vorbind. info.

tranny (porecla USA) - vitarele 89/90. ISC tine relantiul impreuna cu ECU. ECU nu controleaza aprinderea, doar o citeste.
8v - vitarele 91-98
16v - vitarele...16v

PS:
IAC - are treaba doar cu aer suplimentat la pornirea motorului. DOAR ATAT. pe urma se inchide.
ISC - n-ai ce sa te joci. daca tzacane rau, e cam foarte posibil dusa. daca tzacane slab, curata cu spray/ benzina/ gaz lampant si atat. dupa aia, dai un wd40, ca sa lubrifiezi

Salut,
Nou proprietar a B29SKW
Multumita tutorialului de mai sus am reusit sa defac tot ansamblul carburator (asta dupa ce am gasit in corpul admisie o carpa uitata de un nenea mester) si sa fac curatenia de primavara.
Ce am gasit :
EGR - colmatat (curatat regulamentar si montat fara probleme)
ISC - inca ma i facea fata
Refacut garnituri
A mers din prima - doar un singur reglaj am facut si anume aerul.
MULTUMESC pentru tutorial.

Am si eu o problema cu vitara mea. Cand e rece si o accelerez, da sa moara motorul. Dupa ce se incalzeste merge bine. Oare ce poate fi? Am schimbat filtrul de benzina, capac delco, rotorul din delco, bujii si tot asa merge.

bine ai venit
te rog sa treci pe la prezentarea membrilor, apoi a masinii ( tip,motor,poze)
apoi te rog sa ma suni sa-mi dai detalii, de preferinta seara dupa ora 20.

Cand pornesc masina dimineata dupa aprox cateva secunde-1 min, daca nu tin motorul usor turat din acceleratie se opreste.
Cred ca e vorba de reglajul :
"valva de control al relantiului la rece(fast idle valve) .....acea piulita are ceva gaurele sau degajari pt reglaj unde trebuie adaptat un patent sau o scula manufacturata(vezi pozele atasate)"

care este valva de control al relantiului la rece in cele 2 poze? multumesc!

-NICIUNA
-Sau vezi cumva dumneata gaurele/degajari?
-in poze ai ...surubul de aer suplimentar (dai un relantiu mai mare cu motorul cald) si o teava de vaccum aferenta electrovalvei de relantiu.
-ce cauti dumneata este in spatele acelui capacel de tabla prins cu 3 suruburi(surubelnita stea)
-ai 3 poze consecutive cu indiciu
