este mult mai buna terosonarea.
curatat suportul,degresat+ strat de priza pensulat.
astazi am terosonat din nou (pentru frumusete si protectie) masina facuta acu 2 ani(40000 km)
a iesit superb,daca vrei poze te uiti la vitara lui constantin de mai jos

am reusit sa reglez tachetii cum vreau eu si sa montez carburatorul.
dupa dilema cu cele 6 furtune de benzina de la gaz am reusi t sa o pornesc pe benzina.
merge foarte rotund.
maine sper sa dezleg dilema gazului si sa mai retusez din reglaje.

astazi am facut reglaje,merge foarte bine pe benzina
pe gaz parca este innecat(ori nu inchide bine benzina,ori este debit mare de gaz)
am introdus si solutia de curatat instalatia de racire( sa vedem daca mai intra uleiul)
tot maine voi masura si compresia sa vedem daca era din chiulasa problema.

astazi am masurat compresia pe toti cilindrii sa ne edificam cu problema.
este cum am banuit,rectificarea chiulasei de meseriasul care a 'facut" motorul a facut o treaba de mantuiala,adica a luat la plan si gata.
adica am masurat compresia si este uniforma pe toti 4 cilindrii 12.adica e ok.
motorul merge rotund si foarte silentios dupa reglajul de tacheti. ;)

se apropie de final lucrarea
-montat blokant spate LOCKRIGHT POWERTRAX -1532(cu pinioane planetare)
-revizia aferenta puntii spate(spalat/gresat rulmentii spate)
-montat toba BOSAL (detenta) cu teava indoita pana in spate si protectii .

si un eveniment neplacut la instalatia de gaz
-supapa care opreste benzina de la pompa a cedat(pompa fiind mecanica baga non-stop) si tot debitul de benzina a stropit pe partea cu galeria de admisie(daca era pe evacuare ardeam ca un sobolan)
-grija mare la supapele din imagine,trebuie cautat ceva mai trainic.

Ieri masina a ajuns acasa, dupa un test "la groapa" sapata in secret de Soso pe dealul din apropiere :lol: - totul merge OK.
Blocantul isi face foarte bine treaba, iar la drum cu putina atentie nu deranjeaza deloc. (Si am avut ceva serpentine pentru primul drum cu blocant: TgMures-Brasov-Campulung-Pitesti).

Soso - multumesc mult, si felicitari pentru lucrare.

AM INCEPUT SA PREGATESC SI PARTEA 2-A a MOTORULUI
adica blocul motor fara fisuri.
deocamdata este curatat si bibilit.
a fost masurat,testat la presiune,nu este uzat(poate ramane standard)
si cuzinetii aratau foarte bine(semne ca nu e uzat)
cand mai prind o fereastra urmeaza spalatul pistoanelor,curatat canale si montaj
cu segmenti,cuzineti biela+palier,strangere corecta,capace arbore cotit cu garnituri si simeringuri
pompa de ulei cu garnituri metalice.

mircea te astept la socializat in timpul constatarii ;)
pana una alta am curatat bobok pistoanele,arborele,pompa de ulei ,capace.
inca o zi va fi pregatirea pentru montaj,apoi montajul
