utilajul este impachetat si asezat pe roti din nou.
am dat o tura cu el si nu prea are putere.
am constatat ca daca scot fisa de la cil nr 2 motorul merge la fel(galopeaza)
am inlocuit fisa si bujia de la nr 3 cu cele de la 2 si la fel (persista la nr 2)
am scos afara bujiile si am masurat compresia ( 12-7-12-12)
deci compresia aferenta cil nr 2 este mica.
ca sa elimin si problema de reglaj culbutori(supape atacate care duc la o compresie mica) am demontat capacul de la chiulasa si am verificat reglajul care era ok),deci si prin urmare problema a ramas la chiulasa sau la piston/segmenti.
era o veste buna sa fi fost compresia egala,atunci scapam cu garnitura de la admisie si gata.
deci incepe distractia la motor( cu aprobarea proprietarului)

La motor am umblat in ianuarie 2013, cand mi s-a pus pata pe el din cauza ca facea crema in capacul de la ulei (cred ca se aduna cat sa umple pe jumatate capacul la vremea aia), si consuma putin cam mult ulei - nu mai stiu exact cat, dar nu foarte mult, si ce ma supara cel mai tare era ca baga ulei prin sistemul PCV - aici am banuit simeringurile la supape si am vrut neaaparat sa le schimb.
Atunci s-a desfacut si rectificat chiulasa la prima cota de rectificare, s-au schimbat garnituri si simeringuri la supape, la distribuitor, la capac, etc, Au fost schimbati segmentii. In partea de jos - pe arbore nu s-au schimbat cuzinatii ca aratau f bine.
Nu stiu daca a verificat compresia pe toti cilindrii la vremea respectiva - dupa ce am terminat motorul, dar se invartea tot undeva la 12-13.

Pun mai jos si catva poze cu ce m-a deranjat inainte sa umblu la motor.

astazi demontat chiulasa,distributia,carburatorul
-am constatat cateva fisuri la garnitura de chiulasa,pistoanele sunt foarte afumate
-chiulasa a fost rectificata (planata),urmeaza sa primeasca un test de fisura,rectificat supape si scaune la supape,precum si verificarea ghidurilor si a simeringurilor.

Soso, e posibil ca garnitura sa se ciupeasca imediat dupa ce am schimbat-o?
Acum imi dau seama ca s-ar putea ca blocul sa nu aiba totusi nimic, pentru ca masina a inceput sa adune unsoarea aia in capacul de la radiator numai dupa ce am facut motorul - inainte a fost mereu curat lichidul de racire si capacul.
Se poate sa fi bagat ulei in apa prin garnitura de chiulasa?

-inlocuite simeringuri de supapa
-ghidurile de la supapele de evacuare erau distruse
-rectificate scaunele si supapele
--test de fisura
-planeitate
-incarcare la 2 lagare ale axului cu came.

-astazi terminat cu montatul chiulasei.
-distributie noua
-garnitura chiulasa,evacuare,admisie si oring delcou noi.
maine urmeaza reglat tachetii,curatat si reglat carburatorul si sper o tura mica.

se pare ca este destul de mult ulei in instalatia de racire,cand am demontat pompa venea ulei.
sa speram ca mixul se producea din cauza chiulasei. ;)

soso crezi ca e mai buna o terosonare sau o ceara ca protectie la o masina care nu are rugina?
eu am dat cu ceara si am bagat peste tot pe unde sa putut pentru protectie (usi, aripi spate, sasiu, tevi sasiu, etc)
