Salutare baieti!
Dupa o lunga pauza, revin aici cu trocariciul :D

De atunci s-au schimbat urmatoarele:
-inlocuit bucsile de la bara stabilizatoare;
-bieletele antiruliu;
-simeringuri planetare spate, cutie, reductor, palier (cam tot ce inseamna simering);
-etansat grup spate;
-amortizoare + arcuri spate;
-cilindru receptor ambreiaj;
-schimbat cutie (la cea veche a cedat un dop, am scapat-o fara ulei si poc, a trosnit);
-kit ambreiaj complet;
-schimbat distributie, absolut degeaba, dar aici e mai mult de povestit;
-cauciucuri bfgoodrich all terrain t/a ko2 215/65r16;
-MRL manuale AVM.
De ceva vreme nu mai cumpar piese de la noi. Cumperi numai porcarii de o calitate indoielnica! Totul pe original si am scapat de batai de cap!

Sa vedeti situatie...
Acum 3 saptamani, in drum spre casa, tacaneala la motor deodata, de am zis ca se rupe tot!
Tras pe dreapta utilajul imediat, desfacut a doua zi si constatat o "extorsiune al unui degajament
intru-un motor" :lol:
Intinzator rupt, prezon stemuit, busca din interiorul pinionului mare, afectata.
Noroc ca am avut intanzatorul vechi de la Soso, pe care l-am montat provizoriu si am facut un prezon la un strungar, tot provizoriu.
Distributie schimbata nici de un an :shock:

De 1 Mai am zis sa renunt la mici si bere si sa mesteresc la masina.
Am facut revizia, ulei si filtre. Ulei LIQUI MOLY Synthoil High Tech 5w40 si filtre MAN.
La distributie am schimbat intanzatorul cu probleme, bucsa de la pinionul intermediar si prezonul montat provizoriu, simering fulie vibrochen.
Am mai schimbat garnitura capac culbutori si acele mici garnituri de la pilulitele de prindere.
Pentru ca masina tot dadea codul de eroare 22, adica TPS fault si din cand in cand avea intreruperi in mers, am schimbat clapeta de acceleratie cu una cumparata de pe ebay si care s-a dovedit a fi fara probleme + garnitura. Acum nu mai are nicio eroare la test si merge fara intreruperi.
Saptamana trecuta am schimbat kit ambreiaj cu rulment de presiune, simering palier si inelele de etansare galerie evacuare. In afara de kit-ul de ambreiaj (placa + disc), toate piesele le-am pus pe original!
Acum merge excelent, fara niciun zgomot suspect!!
Cand o sa am timp, o sa fac un filmulet cu demontare/montare kit de distributie la motor J20A.

P.S. - Soso, am desfacut fulia fara vulcanizare!! Ultima poza...

Si pentru ca se apropie caldura, am incaltat-o cu jante originale Suzuki si cauciucuri de vara.

Soso, nu am cu ce! Masina nu e pregatita nici pentru un noroi in fundu' curtii. Nu am montate nici macar AT-urile. Daca e sa ajung, vin la sprit si voie buna. Te anunt!
